I'd like to be able to add regexes for text that should be treated as links and
a command to run with the text as an argument. For example, I'd like to be
able to specify that BUG=123 should be clickable and should run the command
"open-bug 123".
Even if we limit it to just opening in a browser, it'd be nice to specify that
"BUG=(\d+)" links to "http://mybugtracker.com/bugs/\1";.
