I can confirm that this problem still exists in 4.8.0 on Win10 Home. Regardless
of the filter value and whether "Automatically select filename extension" is
checked, the report is always saved in html unless the file name contains the
".csv" extension. I cannot reproduce this problem in 4.8.0 on Xubuntu 16.04.
