Action: TaskManagerApplet.Backend.ToggleMinimized from libtaskmanager does not
work correctly,
from plasma taskmanager I can not neither minimize neither restore a group of
windows
from latte which is using libtaskmanager for this, I can minimize all the
windows of the group but I can not restore them
