Currently, if one tries install a local/downloaded rpm package signed with an
unknown key, discover won't install it and gives notice/error saying so.
In contrast, gnome-software (and apper I believe) gives a similar warning, but
then has the ability to escalate polkit privilege to install it anyway. I'd
like to see discover do similar as well.
