When adding Dropbox to Storage service manager I get the following warning.
"This app has reached its user limit. Contact the app developer and ask them to
use the Dropbox API App Console to increase their app's user limit."
Then
"Dropbox access is not authorized. Error message: Request token has not been
properly authorized by a user."
