            Bug ID: 377198
Summary: Can't create a directory in the first level of a share
in Dolphin (OK with other tool)
           Product: dolphin
           Version: 16.12.0
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: dolphin-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: mathoj...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Hi,

I noticed this problem for some months... I have an OpenMediaVault Server, on
whitch I shared some Directories on the local Network.
Those directories (an subdirectories) are set with chmod 770.
Owner of every directories and files : Root
Group of every directories and files : Users
My user ID is of course in the users group.

If I do a ls -l, all directories shared have this permissions : drwxrws---+

With Dolphin, when I want to enter one of thous shares, I'm prompted for my
name, and password. I then enter the directory, and I can create a folder
without problem.
If I go back to the shares list, and enter another share, I'm not prompted for
name and password anymore (that could be a problem too, but not mine for now).
When I'm in this other share, I can't create a folder anymore. But I can do it
in a subdirectory of this share...
And If I use AndSMB on Android, I can create the folder I couldn't create in
Dolphin. And in Dolphin, I could delete it without any problem.

As it is working fine in AndSMB, I think it's a problem with Dolphin, or maybe
kio an kio-extras.

Thank you
