DESCRIPTION
A lot of times when I start the program a message will appear saying I don't
have installed any brush presets while I have a lot and most of them are
active. Because they are active and even when I activate other presets that are
not the pop up will not let me use the program. I have to end the task though
the control panel and restart hoping it will not pop up again which doesn't
always work the first time. This happened with the previous version and I hoped
it would be fixed with the newest one but it seems that is not the case.
