DESCRIPTION
Split view drag and drop copying or moving fails when items are selected in
both frames
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Split view two folders.
2. Highlight files in both panels
3. Drag and drop and hold ctrl to copy. Observe if files are selected in
destination folder, then no action is taken. First, user must click off or esc
out of selection in destination folder then attempt ctrl drag and drop again.
Hold shift to move produces similar but unpredictable results.
