Scheduler: apply the mosaic planner completion condition to its jobs Create Jobs in the mosaic planner built the completion settings for the Repeat, Loop and Sequence options but never passed them to the Scheduler, and their keys were old widget names that the Scheduler no longer has. Every tile job took the completion condition that was left in the Scheduler's job editor instead. This also affected mosaics created from the StellarMate App through EkosLive. Map the planner's choice to the current Scheduler widget names and add it to the settings of each tile job. A new mosaic, or a mosaic import without a completion condition, now uses "Sequence", the option the planner shows selected, instead of an empty condition. Add testMosaicJobCompletion and testMosaicDefaultCompletion to test_ekos_scheduler_ops.
