Pushed by ngraham into branch 'master'. applets/keyboardindicator: Do not display active icon when lock keys are off When expanded, the keyboardindicator applet displays the "input-caps-on-symbolic" in its placeholder message while no lock keys or sticky modifiers are active. This caused a prominent capital "A" icon to appear directly above the text "No lock keys activated", confusing users into thinking Caps Lock was active.
