Here is the screenshot of it so please try to fix it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Fedora 44 with KDE Plasma 6 (Wayland session).
2. Put the laptop/system to sleep (suspend).
3. Wake the system from suspend and trigger the volume or brightness OSD.

Observed Behavior:
The OSD window layer-shell surface intermittently anchors to the absolute
physical bottom of the screen instead of respecting the top edge of the bottom
panel, causing it to clip behind or under the panel.

Expected Behavior:
The OSD should consistently anchor cleanly above the panel edge on resume.

Temporary Workaround:
Executing the following command in the user session instantly recalculates and
fixes the geometry:
setsid sh -c 'plasmashell --replace' >/dev/null 2>&1 < /dev/null &

Operating System: Fedora Linux 44
KDE Plasma Version: (Check via Info Center or `plasma-desktop --version`)
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:
Graphics Platform: Wayland
