Capture: don't interrupt long video recordings with the exposure timeout A Video job records all of its frames in one go, but the capture timeout was armed for a single frame: the exposure, truncated to whole seconds, plus 180 s. A SER recording longer than that was treated as a timed out exposure. Capture forced the FITS encoding, took a still frame that was saved in the previous remote directory, and started the recording again while the driver was still writing the SER file. Arm the timeout for the whole recording, frame count x exposure, and keep waiting while the driver reports RECORD_STREAM busy, since cameras may record slower than one frame per exposure. If a video job times out without a recording in progress, restart the recording instead of taking a still frame. Stop the timeout when the recording ends. Add unit tests, and a CCD Simulator UI test that records a 200 s SER. It runs as its own TestEkosCaptureVideo test so that TestEkosCapture stays short.
