Move the cursor over the browser icon and wait one second. Result: Minimizing the window pauses the video, hovering over the browser icon starts the video, then after 1 second the window preview appearing pauses the video. So the 1 second delay wastes 1 second of unrewindable video and then pauses it when you can actually see it.
