DESCRIPTION
Keypresses of Alt+Arrow Left and Alt+Arrow Right are not sent to programs.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kwi
2. Run cat
3. Press Alt+Arrow Left and Alt+Arrow Right
OBSERVED RESULT
cat receives no keypresses and nothing is printed.
EXPECTED RESULT
cat should print ^[[1;3D^[[1;3C for pressing Alt+Arrow Left and Alt+Arrow
Right.
The expected result was observed in Konsole and Ghostty.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm used to command line navigation using these keys in the fish shell where
this behavior can also be observed, but I thought cat would be simpler for
reproduction.
