This will actually make all Flatpak'd KDE software better. I reproduced this and traced it to a bug in the underlying KDE Flatpak runtime, which can cause the apps to read an outdated `kdeglobals` file due to a mount that sticks with the old inode when the host atomically replaces `kdeglobals`. In turn `KColorScheme` still partially relies on `kdeglobals` while getting the rest of the colors from the Settings portal already. So likely two fixes in KDE Frameworks are in order.
