handle numpad keys

DESCRIPTION
Numpad keys can still be used to activate KRunner when the setting that
activates it while typing is disabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click desktop -> Desktop and Wallpaper -> Icons
2. Enable "Select items" for the "Typing on the desktop" option
3. Type numpad 0-9, *, /, +, -, or . when the desktop is shown

OBSERVED RESULT
KRunner will activate and start searching as if it were enabled.

EXPECTED RESULT
Numpad keys should be selecting items on the desktop instead of activating
KRunner.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0
Qt Version: 6.12.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I believe I have the correct fix in the attached patch. It checks for
Qt.KeypadModifier along with the other modifiers.
