Pushed by meven into branch 'master'. kfileitemmodelrolesupdater: count hidden items when they are shown With "Show number of items", the count of a folder never included its hidden items, even with "Show hidden files" on. The counting ListJob passes its own list flags. ExcludeHidden is 0, and only IncludeHidden adds the hidden entries. The flags never set IncludeHidden, so the count always left the hidden items out. The flags now set IncludeHidden when the view shows hidden files.
