DESCRIPTION
Not sure if this a Firefox 159 Wayland issue or a kwin issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have few tabs open
2. Watch some video
3. Drag another tab in Firefox to rearrange it - do not release the mouse
button
OBSERVED RESULT
Firefox switches to the dragged tab and the PIP video opens.
The cursor, which dragged the tab, changes to a forbidden icon and the dragging
cannot be continued, until the mouse button is released and the drag is started
over.
EXPECTED RESULT
The pip does not influence the dragging.
