Handle socketpair for Solaris 11.4
Originally, the socketpair() was exactly like pipe(); however, it gets two
descriptors and returns the two connected; the sockets have been created in
libc.
In Solaris 11.4, we do not change the descriptors anymore; we create a new
descriptor for but dup them
and so, for efficiency, we now just pass the two arguments as integers and we
do not copy different
fds back (we'd just return 0 or -1 and errno
