DESCRIPTION
When the Plasma application style is set to Breeze (Union), certain windows
that could be dragged from anywhere in the header area become only draggable in
the titlebar.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Set application style to "Breeze (Union)" in Colors and Themes → Application
Style
3. Open an app that uses QtWidgets, such as Dolphin, KWrite, or VLC
4. Attempt to drag said app by the header area (not counting the title bar)
OBSERVED RESULT
Window cannot be dragged by header area.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window can be dragged by header area, as in QtQuick apps.
