Summary: Thumbnailer creates hidden files in ~/Downloads

Binary file containing XML, do not change the file extension away from .bin

DESCRIPTION
Some files cause the thumbnailer to create hidden temporary files in the
~/Downloads directory named like so: .org.chromium.Chromium.raHS35. In some
cases, opening the ~/Downloads directory dolphin and enabling the "show hidden
files" option causes Dolphin to recursively create thumbnails for the
.org.chromium.Chromium.* hidden files, leading to exponential growth in the
number of .org.chromium.Chromium.* files in the Downloads directory.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download the attached bomb.bin file and place it in a directory. Do not
change the file extension.
2. Open the directory with dolphin to trigger the thumbnailer on the file.
3. With the directory still open in dolphin, run: `ls -1a ~/Downloads | grep -F
'.org.chromium.Chromium.'` and observe the presence of a
.org.chromium.Chromium.* file in the Downloads directory.

EXPECTED RESULT
The thumbnailer should not write to the ~/Downloads directory at all.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0
Qt Version: 6.12.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried to replicate the bug by manually invoking the thumbnailer: `kioclient5
copy "thumbnail:///tmp/bomb.bin" "file:///tmp/thumb.png"` but was unable to do
so. I'm guessing I need to set the "mimeType" KIO metadata entry to trigger the
bug, but kioclient doesn't seem to support passing in metadata?
