DESCRIPTION
Time selector reacts to clicking on hours/minutes, but not to scrolling. This
makes a very slow clickfest delayed by an animation after every click when
trying to select an hour that is far away from current.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on clock button
2. Try to select a time 12h in the future using a touch pad
OBSERVED RESULT
Click, wait, click, wait, click, wait...
EXPECTED RESULT
Scroll to the desired hour, maybe click to select it. Maybe type it in.
