DESCRIPTION
Problem one:
When triggering a popup window in an X11 forwarded app, it takes a while to
appear (~8s)
Problem two:
When the popup closes, the session freezes: "kwin_wayland_drm: The main thread
was hanging temporarily!"
for about ~4s
You can see this in the screen recording where my mouse freezes/disappears.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to another machine over ssh with X11 forwarding enabled
2. Start an app
3. Cause a popup window to appear
