Is this really a duplicate? The consequence (disable modifier only keys) is the
same in some situations (here stick keys enabled, other bug: extra
systemsettings option for modifier only key), but the motivation is different.
In this bug we have another feature of Plasma that is broken, by the modifier
only keys. The other bug was just about personal preferences. Since the other
bug is closed as WontFix this means, that this broken Plasma feature will be
never fixed.
-> should we reopen this or the other bug then?
