When i try open a file contained in a folder which name have accents, or the
name file has accents, Okular can not opens the file and displays a dialog with
the text "Could not open /home/victor/Programación/Coursera/book_272_es4.pdf"
(in this example, the folder with accents is "Programación/").
When i try open the file book_272_es4.pdf contained in
/home/victor/Programación/Coursera/ through the Okular via Menu bar > File >
Open, the file is opened correctly.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select file in folder with accents (or select file with accents in its name)
click
2. Click in the file for open with Okular
3. Is showed a dialog.
Actual Results:
The file does not opened with a click directly over it. It is opened correctly
through the menu bar of Okular.
Expected Results:
The file is opened without troubles.
The bug is also present when I try open the file in the depicted conditions
(accents in the container folder or accents in the name of the file) with other
pdf reader, like qpdfview.
