DESCRIPTION
Every update triggers flickering of content on the external screen, artifacts
being static until a new update.
Tried to take screenshot of this but that was not possible since the artifacts
got removed and
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot Linux
2. Login
3. Move windows around
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows, background flashes, artifacts appear
EXPECTED RESULT
None of the observed :-)
