Screenshot of Minecraft without color pipelines and with night color enabled.

DESCRIPTION
After upgrading to KDE Plasma 6.8.1, some applications will stutter
(inconsistent frame times) if night light is enabled.

This requires several things to be true at once: (1) Night Light is enabled,
(2) Minecraft is in full screen (exclusive or borderless), (3) Monitor is set
to "prefer efficiency", (4) color pipeline is disabled (which was made default
in 6.8.1).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to Plasma 6.8.1.
2. Ensure that the aforementioned settings are set.
3. Load a world in Minecraft in full screen.

OBSERVED RESULT
The game observably stutters, and the average and 2%/1%-low FPS drops by ~50%.

EXPECTED RESULT
The game should perform similarly with color pipelines enabled.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux (Kernel 7.2.11-arch1-1)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.8.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0
Qt Version: 6.12.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have an AMD Ryzen PRO 6850U with AMD Radeon 680M.

I have several more screenshots, but the framerate (as reported from Minecraft)
is:

- Color Pipelines, No Night Color: `p50=144 p98=109 p99.5=101 fps`
- Color Pipelines, w/ Night Color: `p50=144 p98=123 p99.5=94 fps`
- No Color Pipelines, No Night Color: `p50=116 p98=97 p99.5=90 fps`
- No Color Pipelines, w/ Night Color: `p50=66 p98=60 p99.5=58 fps`

All of the four parameters stated in the description must be set in order for
this to reproduce. Setting `KWIN_DRM_USE_COLOR_PIPELINE=1` (which I believe is
reverted by 01222b41cb2b4a7726451fba975ffb6dc82abd77) seems to be the culprit.
