DESCRIPTION
on the recent versions of kde (from 6.8.0 specifically) was acting weird when i
locked my screen or full-screened any video or game, it'll be fine for a bit
before aggressively flickering white/gray-ish colors unless i pause or unfocus.
as for the lock screen it happens when it fades from the clock display to login
display or the opposite.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Full-screen or go to the lock-screen after logging in
2. wait a bit and you should see severe flickering
OBSERVED RESULT
intense distracting flickering that won't stop unless you press something,
unfocus, pause, or wait it out
EXPECTED RESULT
no flickering

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Arch Linux

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
it was completely fine before 6.8.0-6.8.1 and ive never had this issue on my
laptop
