DESCRIPTION
After updating to Kwin 6.8.1, windows constantly flicker specifically on second
monitor (mirroring, not extended).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect external monitor
2. Set external monitor to mirror primary display
3. Observe flickering
OBSERVED RESULT
Windows constantly flicker, become partially see-through. Display becomes
unusable.
EXPECTED RESULT
No flickering.

KDE Frameworks Version: 6.31.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Mobile
Downgrading the Kwin package to 6.8.0 solves the issue.
