DESCRIPTION
The splitter is way too large so most of the time when I try to drag the
scrollbar I drag the splitter. Additionally the area for the cursor to change
in the splitter is way too small (1px), so it's not very clear to me if I am
going to scroll or not. I attached a video of the bug.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Click and drag the scrollbar after about halfway across the width
OBSERVED RESULT
The panels get resized instead of scrolling.
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to scroll.
