This can be closed, as it is problem with anti-aliasing and not KDE bug.

for tweak (same can be achieved by going to KDE System Settings -> Appearance
-> Font -> Antialiasing and changing "Use anti-aliasing from "System setting"
to "Enabled" + setting subpixel rendering to "RGB").
