DESCRIPTION
While using Oxygen Dark theme, I've encountered numerous occurrences when my
pointer size was changing randomly (usually lessening it). I couldn't
understand why, switching pointers' design didn't help, but when I changed my
global theme to Breeze Dark, the problem went away. I should note that I had
turned off the shaking option which enlarges the pointer by shaking it, so it
definitely doesn't impact anything.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the system's global Plasma theme to Oxygen Dark
2. Use the OS as intended, during that observe the pointer changing size
OBSERVED RESULT
Pointer changes its size unexpectedly
EXPECTED RESULT
It should've remained the same during the usage process
