Pushed by meven into branch 'master'. kfileitemmodel: apply the refresh of an item that setData() renamed After the rename dialog, DolphinView renames the item in the model with setData(). setData() changes the url of the KFileItem but keeps its mime type. The dir lister then sends a refresh that names the old url. Before this change, the model did not find that url and dropped the refresh. The item kept the icon and the default application of its old extension until the folder was reloaded. slotRefreshItems() now looks for the new url when the old one is not in the model.
