Issue in System Monitor
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a few apps open.
2. Launch System Monitor.
3. Try to scroll while the cursor is hovering over the Applications area.
OBSERVED RESULT
The Applications area has a set height and doesn't allow scrolling.
EXPECTED RESULT
1- The Applications area should adapt when there's less apps than its default
size.
2- Scrolling up while the cursor is over the Applications area should be
possible if there's nothing to scroll there of it's already at the top.
