Pushed by vladz into branch 'master'. qpa: Guard against resizes in EGLPlatformContext::swapBuffers() m_currentSlot->releasePoint() may be null if the window gets resized indirectly in internalWindow->present(). This also fixes passing an invalid fd to releasePoint()->addReleaseFence().
