DESCRIPTION
If a ConvergentContextMenu - in the mobile form, a bottom drawer - has more
items than fits the height, it should be scrollable, but it isn't using
touchscreen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On a device with a touchscreen, start koko/photos master, if device is not a
mobile start with QT_QUICK_CONTROLS_MOBILE=1
2. Make sure the screen is mobile sized.
3. View an image, longpress, to see the menu

OBSERVED RESULT
It is not possible to scroll to the bottom of the menu using touchscreen (but
works with a mouse/touchpad)

It should be possible to scroll to the bottom of the menu.
