How to recreate this bug:
1) Open two applications that are maximized, so that one is behind the other.
2) Open the keyboard for one application.
3) Minimize the window, without minimizing the keyboard beforehand.
4) The window below should be small, with a carveout for the keyboard that is
no longer there. The user now has to manually maximize the window again.
Expected behaviour: The window below should stay maximized if the window above
is minimized.
