Given https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kiconthemes/-/blob/master/src/kicontheme.cpp?ref_type=heads#L245, if it requested either of those, it should have chosen 32px and not 24px because it doesn't care about scale. Is the plasmoid requesting the right icon size then?
