Here are steps to reproduce the issue: 1. crash kdenlive using the instructions in the linked bug 1. open crash handler from the notification informing about the crash 2. in the crash handler, select "see developer information" 3. click install debug symbols at the top 5. wait until downloading debug symbols is done 6. click "report on bugs.kde.org" 7. click "i agree to be contacted" 8. select the following values: 8.1 "Do you remember what you were doing prior to the crash?" select Yes 8.2 "Does the application crasha gain if you repeat the same situation?" select "Every time" 8.3 "Please select which additional information you can provide:" select "What I was doing when the application Kdenlive crashed" 9. click next, sending you back to the backtrace 10. click next and login with an kde account 11. enter a title and some information 12. "distribution method:" select "fedora RPMs" 13. click preview report 14. click submit OBSERVED RESULT An error message is displayed "Failed to submit bug report: [51] There is not component named 'general' in the 'kdenlive' product."
