Return widgets without a tab from KateViewSpace::widgets() With a tab limit, widgets can live in a view space without having a tab. widgets() only looked at the tab bar, so closing a view space deleted these widgets without emitting widgetRemoved. The tab switcher kept the dangling pointers and crashed on the next Ctrl+Tab. The same list is used to ask widgets whether they can be closed and to remove widgets on session switch. Use the registered documents of the view space instead.
