Pushed by meven into branch 'master'. panelsettingspage: add the Folders panel limit to the home folder The limit is on by default and was only reachable from the context menu of the Folders panel. Inside the home folder the panel hid / and the other drives, with nothing pointing at the option. The Panels tab was only built with Baloo, since it only held Information panel settings. It is built everywhere now, and only those rows depend on Baloo.
