DESCRIPTION
The cursor changes sizes when hovering different GUI elements (elements noted:
links and text input). The cursor becomes way bigger than it should when
hovering them, then becomes way smaller than it should when removed from them.
The cursor then resets it's size when it transitions to another window.
Strangely, this do not appear on Spectacle's video screen capture feature.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use plasma 6.8.0
2. Use Oxygen White cursor set to either 24 or 28 cursor size and apply
configuration
3. Hover above the cursor above hyperlinks, window corners or whatever GUI
element that would change the cursor's appearance
4. After it, move the cursor away from said element.
OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor changes sizes unexpectedly.
EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor keep the configured size.
