Windows Task Manager provides a Users tab where administrators can see
logged-in users and sign them out without switching accounts.
KDE Plasma lacks an equivalent GUI workflow.
I propose adding a Users or Sessions page to Plasma System Monitor, displaying
active login sessions and allowing administrators to terminate individual
sessions after Polkit authorization.
This could use systemd-logind's existing APIs, with confirmation warning about
potential unsaved data loss.
