DESCRIPTION
With the new default rule, Steam draws none of the Steam window's title bar
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot and upload it to a Steam profile
2. Go to the profile of the account
3. Click on the screenshot
4. Click again to open the preview window
OBSERVED RESULT
The preview doesn't have any titlebar and can't be easily closed
EXPECTED RESULT
The preview window should have a title bar.
