Check for an already open file in all save as dialogs Besides "Save As", a document gets a new url via the "Save As" of the modified on disk notification and when saving an untitled document on closing it. These didn't check whether another document has that file open already. Ask the user for the url of all of these in getSaveAsUrl(), which closes the other document after asking. "Save Copy As" doesn't change the url of the document and keeps using getSaveFileUrl().
