DESCRIPTION
When typing on the keyboard or when the cursor disappears after the 5 second
time set in system settings in some places like plasma-loginmanager,
zen-browser, mpv and other apps a weird visual effect happens that is some sort
of a white horizontal line violently moving taking the screen from edge to
edge.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to Plasma 6.8 on Arch Linux from a device with AMD Radeon iGPU
(KAVERI)
2. Type your username in kwin
3. Just wait until your cursor disappears in mpv full screen
OBSERVED RESULT
The visual bug mentioned occurs
