DESCRIPTION
Cannot resize window when the "Quick Annotation" toolbar is displayed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS
2. Using Okular from Ubuntu repository 4:25.12.3-0ubuntu1 (Not reproduced
with Okular 26.04.3 Flatpack).
3. Open the "Quick Annotation" toolbar
OBSERVED RESULT
It is no longer possible to drag the edges/corners of the Okular window to
resize it. The problem is easy to workaround by closing the "Quick Annotation"
toolbar, resizing, then reopening the "Quick Annotation" toolbar. But it took a
while to discover that the toolbar was causing the problem.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window resizing should not be affected/disabled by which toolbars are open.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
No complaints. Thanks for all the hard work. Okular is by far my preferred way
of reading & annotating pdfs.
