KWallet being enabled fits bug 526368: in Frameworks > 6.31 the password server > waits for the wallet to open, and while it waits no password dialog can > appear. That's fixed in > Frameworks 6.32, sheduled for release November 13th. > > To confirm on your system, could you try two things: > 1. Today with enabled Kwallet sftp chose to be faster and ALMOST always asked for authentication. Disabling it the loading times were slower. Now i refer to only connecting and browsing Windows 10 folders In general it is a very slow process i spent again many hours investigating. Test after test. In my setup sftp (as well as Samba) are extremely slow. Not to mention the transferring editing opening files. That was a disaster with many errors. Filezilla is a little snappier and in the logs it says it connects and reconnects but it is also slow. Both Dolphin and Filezilla spent a loooot of time transfering. I know file handling and samba belong to separate reports. Both are unreliable and fail miserably in file handling. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
