widged scrollbar issue
DESCRIPTION
With multiple connected monitors, when Brightness and Color widget shows
scrollbar, scrollbar is partially covering widget content.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect more monitors (tested with 4 - one built-in and 3 external)
2. Open Brightness and Color widget
OBSERVED RESULT
Scrollbar is covering widget content (see attachment)
