monitor positioning using arrow keys

Target Milestone: ---
DESCRIPTION
Plasma 6.8 introduced the ability to position monitors pixel by pixel using the
arrow keys in Display Configuration, but there's no hint anywhere in the UI
that tells users they can do this.
it would be nice to have a small hint somewhere so users actually know this
feature exists, instead of having to discover it by accident or read about it
in the release notes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings -> Display & Monitor -> Display Configuration
2. select a monitor in the arrangement preview
3. there's no indication that you can use the arrow keys to position it
precisely
OBSERVED RESULT
the arrow keys work for positioning monitors, but there's nothing in the UI
telling users about it.
EXPECTED RESULT
a small hint somewhere in Display Configuration, for example "use the arrow
keys to adjust monitor positioning precisely."
